Anyone have luck with PureTesla? Their customer support is not responding.

I bought a PureTesla Dashcam USB adapter and microSD card setup.

The microSD ultimately stopped working (can't get it to even show up on my computer, even with multiple adapters).

Now with a new SD card I had to buy, because they never got back to me, the actual USB-A to microSD adapter thing is now throwing error codes with the car.

I've contacted PureTesla maybe 3 times now, starting in early December, and never got a response.

Is this normal for them? I am thinking of trying to get them to send me a new everything, but I will probably see if I could just get a refund and I'll go elsewhere to buy something.

Same here. Several emails, even tried "chat support" and no responses.

I decided I didn't need the Puretesla SSD drive and I can't get any information on how to return the unit. I've emailed support numerous times and got nothing.

Time to put it out there that their support sucks!!

Yeah, they suck. I would not recommend buying anything from them. Similar situation happened to me last year.
