When the silvers were out of stock, I emailed them and didn't hear from them until they were in stock. I got the email that they were back in stock within one day of them changing the website to reflect that they were in stock.
If it helps, I used a free service called VisualPing to notify me when there was a change to the website page for the item. I specifically narrowed it down "Out of Stock" wording on the page. VisualPing is able to narrow down to a specific part of the page since other parts of the page may change if there are general, overall changes to the website layout that we don't care about.
