SDG&E VPP

I am new to solar and batteries. I'm an SDGE customer and everything I read says I should be able to sign up on the App, but I don't have any link. I've reinstalled the app with no luck. Does anyone know if the program is still available?

Do you have PTO yet? How long? Sometimes it might take a little time for all the parts to catch up.

Yes, I have had PTO around a month. I can charge on Solar but no option to join VPP
