Has anyone purchased from this site before and what was your experience? I've ordered all weather mats on Sept. 7 and after numerous attempts to contact by email have been unable to get any feedback from the company. Credit card has been charged, no notice of backorder, absolutely nothing. Thinking of getting PayPal to cancel and reverse the charge.
