Anyone Try Konig's Hypergram Rims For Track Day?

They will work. I'm actually working a deal with them right now for distribution. They will also clear the P3D brakes from what they told me. For track you can actually run a lower offset as well. What other suspension setup do you have or plan to have? Are you gonna run Tesla Corsa? I'm in frequent conversations with the fast guys in the group.

Rims work great. Easy to source and fairly inexpensive.

We just had our annual Tesla club meet here in Fremont and I just had to bring out our favorite cheap track wheels. The consumable kind. No Volk Racing or Forged BBS's on this day. lol.

For fitment reference on a P Car:
I'm running some SSR GTX01 18x9.5 +22 with 265/40/18 NT01's on my P car. I haven't even installed my FUCA's yet and no rubs with only -1 camber front and rear. I was amazed. I can't wait to rock out on -3 degs of camber and see what we can do. I'm gonna mount up these 19x10 countergrams you'll see in the last picture with some 295/30/19 and figure out what alignment settings are needed. That's at the very bottom.

For the most part I'll be bringing in +25 dekagrams for the Tesla Corsa guys as opposed to the +35's. I brought 2 of those sets in black for some buddies.

Awesome! Also interesting to hear you're getting no rub with 18x9.5 +22. I'm very curious now how the 19x10 w/295's will fit, not just for mechanical fitment but also how they look on the car. Been eyeing the countergrams and the hypergrams as my consumable track wheel.

Your track SSR set up looks nice and chunky!! Really good to hear you can fit that offset and tire size under there. Do you think you can fit 265 on 19" with same fitment?

Well I'm under contract with SSR til the end of the year so I gotta keep SSR on the car til then. I'm a little scared to mess up these pretty blue wheels but I know they're strong so it's quite possible I'll use them for the 2021 season. We will see. SSR is like family to me and I'm ever so grateful we were able to work together during this crazy year.

I'm currently consulting some other wheel companies for track setups/fitments also so I might get swayed into some more "disposable" worthy wheels soon. lol.

Please keep in mind that due to the thinner nature of our rotor hat on the P car we can run lower offsets. At such a time that you upgrade to an aftermarket brake kit or MPP rotors your fitment will change slightly.

19x9.5 +22 with 265/35/19 will work. Again, I'm running very little camber. At my ride height I maxed out a -1 degs driver and passenger up front. I have adjustable rear camber arms so I dialed those down to -0.6 degs since I opted not to run more camber in the rear than the front. That's just how I like my AWD cars setup. I'll be installing some UP FUCA's after the Thanksgiving holiday and start working on these other fitments. Maybe I can get it done next week but no promises. My work load has just gotten nuts!!!!!

Honestly, all I see in your pictures is that MKIV Supra in the background LOL!!!!! I have a 97 SC300 5MT with 90k miles. I consider it a unicorn.

Thanks for sharing your backspacing images. What's the width and offset on those wheels?
Could you see the 3rd and 4th pic of the car?

I was just making a joke. I could see all the pics. I love 2JZ's and Supras. hehe.

Looks great and it's awesome that a 10 +35 clears the upright. I like your fitment. Do you recall your alignment settings? camber specifically? Did you replace any of your rear arms at all?

I was always curious how those HR ride. You got any feedback? How's it feel when you hit dips on the freeway.

Thank you. Also running 3mm spacers.

I have it front camber to -1.0*. Stock rear arms. HR feels firm and comfortable, once it in awhile it hit bump stops on a tight bumpy turn. It took me 300 miles of driving before I seen the coil springs settle. There is less tire gap in the front and seems to be a little more drop than the advertised 1.2" lowering spec.

The 19" tires taller side wall and wider patch makes significant difference over the stock 235/35R20. Ride is smoother (more compliant) and taking turns feels planted. Front tire doesnt slip coming out of the apex.
