Hi, is it normal for AnyVan to message you the evening before your Tesla is due for delivery or on the morning of delivery? Also do they always give a time window for delivery? Thanks
Received a text when they were leaving Leicester to drop my car off. Look out for damage under the front bumper. My M3 was touching a metal T bar near the cab which resulted in some light marking / damage to the bumper.
Just had mine delivered on a trailer. Mail the night before to give a time of 9am-5pm. More detailed tracker opened on the day and it was picked up at 11 and with me by 1pm. The real time tracking in their link was off but otherwise it worked. No damage on handover and 26% charge. Happy
