Does anyone have an open X US order that shows the same new codes? It looks like there are a bunch of new changes besides APH4, mostly related to charging...so possible Supercharger v3 support? OP is in Europe and we've seen the codes on non-US pages for a while now.

Yesterday, we delayed our delivery one more day because we figured this was coming with the price increase.

Ordered an X Friday last week, which will be confirmed tomorrow. I also see option code APH4. This one is also for Europe.

A bit off topic, but it seems to me that the option codes are not very reliable:

Updated to APH4.

model=ms&options=ADPX2%2CADX4%2CADX6%2CADX7%2CADX8%2CAF02%2CAPF0%2CAPH4%2CAPPA...

According to Option Codes, APPA would be "Autopilot 1.0 Hardware"... while APH4 points to HW3.

When I query my car using the API, I get
Code:
AD15,MDL3,PBSB,RENA,BT37,ID3W,RF3G,S3PB,DRLH,DV2W,W39B,
APF0,COUS,BC3B,CH07,PC30,FC3P,FG31,GLFR,HL31,HM31,IL31,
LTPB,MR31,FM3B,RS3H,SA3P,STCP,SC04,SU3C,T3CA,TW00,TM00,UT3P,
WR00,AU3P,APH3,AF00,ZCST,MI00,CDM0

So among some correct and some undocumented codes, my car would be a black US version with Rear Wheel drive, 19´´ wheels AP2.0 Base and "2015 Production Refresh" - while it is white, in Germany, AWD with 18´´Aeros, has EAP and was built in 2019 ... Seems to me many fields are not used/updated any more, many were added and their meaning is unknown.

Question for the experts (@BigD0g ?) - do these option codes come from the car itself when I query them or from some Tesla server? Seems like they are completely independent of what is actually installed?! In the sense that they could upgrade something and just forget to also update the option code?

(Point me to a better suited thread if you know one - thanks.)

APPA isn't AP1 hardware. If you check on other sites, they think it is AP2 hardware. Basically, Tesla didn't provide a definition of what the option codes mean. Various sites try to determine their meaning. Some are pretty easy to figure out but others, such as the various Autopilot codes, are more difficult to determine. Some of the less obvious codes still have never been deciphered.

These option code lists used currently mostly reflect codes for Model S and Model X, but not many for Model 3 yet. The "2015 Production" is one of the "MI" codes, which does not indicate model year, and also means different things for S,X and 3 (See: Model S refresh "MI04"). The option code tools are missing most Model 3 specific codes, so that's why you're seeing these significant differences/errors. They're trying to decode Model 3 codes with Model X/S references. Many of the codes you posted above have a "3" or "31" in them, meaning they are Model 3 codes, most of which are not yet listed on the github list.

What is a little odd is that your code list includes RENA, which is "Region-North America" for Model S and X. It's strange you have a car in Germany, which should be REEU--"Region Europe".

According to Option Codes, APPA would be "Autopilot 1.0 Hardware".

I am confident that APPA is AP Hardware 2, not HW1.
