Has anyone experienced this: Have 2023 Model Y with HW4/AMD Ryzen/Software: v11.1 (2023.20.200 645639b2534f) from Fremont. Went to service with alert: APP_w348_cameraSwUpdateRequired. Service tech notes on invoice: “verified concern, alert became active with no Firmware updates or Hardware replacements. Re-installed Firmware verified alerts no longer present. Concern is currently under investigation for which a general remedy has yet to be determined or has not yet been developed. Advised customer to monitor concern as future Firmware Updates become available.”

We just got this same error today. Have 2023 Model Y with HW4/AMD Ryzen/ Software 2023.27.7 / 11.4.7.3. We have warranty service in a couple of weeks for some paint dings and other minor stuff found on delivery. Unless we need to get it serviced sooner to drive the car we'll have them address it then. We've also had the passenger side pillar camera complain of blockage or blindness on dark roads despite perfectly clean glass, so maybe the two issues are related?

Yeah, at this point, the error came and went a couple of times in the last 12 hours. We're going to insist that Tesla check and update all onboard cameras when we take it in for service, because this error should never pop unless at least one of the cameras needs a firmware update.

Update: Tesla service has formally agreed to check / update firmware for all cameras in the car at our upcoming warranty service visit. Hopefully, that will assist the car in seeing better.
