Are paint runs a warranty fix?

My late 2020 (Fremont) model 3 LR has a significant paint run over the wheel arch. Is this kind of thing covered by warranty? I believe it was built during the "production hell" period of Tesla... maybe it will be worth more like a postage stamp or coin with a defect? No?

on a 4 year old vehicle? I don't think so. I would find a good detailer that knows how to wet sand. They can sand and buff it. Should be invisible or nearly invisible.
