look at battery label, true 'new' would be good but reman is not...

This is the car ad. They mention new but I don't think they usually put "New" Batteries in the cars if they're a warenty replacemt battery. I'm not sure I can just climb under and look. Unless i'm mistaken.
The sticker is on the side of the pack. Should be visible behind the front passenger (USA drive cars) wheel.

yeah u can see it from outside if u get close to ground
if u wanna know before looking at the car then ask for pic of label or invoice

Probably the only thing new, is that it is new to your car. Tesla replace with batteries with factory refurbished, or possibly brand new. Look to the performance of the battery, relative to WLTP figures.
If your happy then all good.
