Authentication Error--try again

When I try any voice command I get "Authentication Error--try again" Never seen this before.

Anyone else experiencing this?

How do you enter a bug report if the voice commands don't work?

Did you do a reboot? Sometimes that's all it takes.

Mine went away after a day

I've had this problem for the past two weeks. I've rebooted, powered off, called in where they reset it after I turned off the car then I've rebooted the little screen the big screen, nothing works. Just spoke with Tesla and I was toldItold have it to take it in.
