"Auto Lane Change not available" Do I have it now with 2019.8.3?

I have had my M3 SR+ with just AP for a week so far. I love it and use AP frequently. With the latest update to 8.3 I was on the highway and I put my blinker on and I got a notification on the screen that said "Auto Lane change unavailable" (I was just trying to get off the highway not pass anyone) I never got that before. I am just curious I have it now or if thats a normal alert for AP drivers without FSD?

Just got the same message. 2019.20.4.2.

Did your issue resolve itself?

I don't think it's part of the AP. I tried on mine yesterday and it didn't change lane automatically either. What a bummer!
