Battery is dead. Is there a technician in Fort Wayne Indiana?

Battery is completely dead and home charger isn’t working. I’ve read there’s a guy named Nathan that’s a tech or works on teslas in Fort Wayne. If anyone knows of technician in the area, please advise.

How is your 12V battery? Are the computers working? What year is your car?

I’m not sure about the 12volt. Computers were working last I was in it. I don’t have a way to tell since I’m locked out. I’m trying to avoid a $500 tow to a service center. It’s a 2014 model S 85

If you are locked out, your 12V battery is dead. Use the emergency process to try jumping the 12V and test if it does not charge. Look at the less expensive and more likely issue first. You need to get the 12V working, it is dead now, and then check the HV battery.
