When plugged in but not actively charging, when a Tesla is performing maintenance tasks, is it drawing power from battery storage (and replacing from the wall charger) or drawing power directly from the wall charger to accomplish the task?

The main battery and the external power source will be in parallelto the load

All things happening when at sleep ( = not much, only minor energy) will be taken from the LV Batt.
