BlackVue - Model 3 - 12 V Battery Direct Hook up - Service Center Error.

So I went to the service center yesterday for some noises coming out from my car and left it there for a day, today they told me that my 12V battery kept on throwing error signals at them and needs to be replaced, long story short, since the only 12V is the battery itself, I had my blackvue directly tapped to the battery, and they are telling me this is the reason why the 12V is getting error msg. and if I left the blackvue hooked up, in the next 6 month I will have to replace the 12V battery on my cost. They also told me I am not the only person that has this issue, and nothing should be tapped to the 12v battery itself.

Any other person running into the issue and has an answer for it since there is no other 12V connections?
