blank screen on 2019 Model 3

Bought my 2019 last April HW2.5 with full self driving never had a black screen had HW3 installed 3 weeks ago 5 days later had a black screen while driving then 2 days after that had a black screen again early morning sat in the car and was surprised of the black screen in both these occasions i did a reboot which fixed it. On the 3rd incident I was driving from miami on the turnpike when it went black the blinker came on and I had to guess how to turn it off looking for an exit after about 3 minutes it rebooted itself and came back to life. After the first incidents a requested a mobile service and they had change it to there service station and they had informed me that what had to be done cannot be done in a mobile service. Which means they have an idea what the problem is. I'll keep you guys updated after I get my car back to see what the fix was.
