Bluetooth Quick Fix?

Wife just sent me this photo. Does anyone know of a quick fix or does this need to go in for service? She already reboot by holding down the two buttons on the steering wheel.

I found this once, and depowered my cell phone, and restarted it. Worked correctly from there.

If restart of phone doesn't help, a restart of the center console will do for sure. Push and hold both scrollwheels for about 5-10s.
