iPhone 13 Pro Max connected to 2023 Tesla Model Y Bluetooth but no sound when streaming Spotify. Music is playing on the phone screen but there is no sound coming from my iphone or Model Y. Any reason why?

Bluetooth is on on both. It's connected to each other. Tesla media source is showing Bluetooth option is on. iphone is showing media is being streamed to Model Y. But no sound. If I play youtube on my phone, I don't hear any sounds as well.

Bluetooth is on on both. It's connected to each other. Tesla media source is showing Bluetooth option is on. iphone is showing media is being streamed to Model Y. But no sound. If I play youtube on my phone, I don't hear any sounds as well.

What worked for me on an android phone is to go to the streaming page and click on the menu that shows different types of streaming including radio and bluetooth. When I click on bluetooth my car begins playing what is on the phone.
