Bolts sticking into rear wheel wells

Does anyone know what these bolt are? They're sticking into each rear wheel well. They're about 3/4" in length and super-stable. I can't feel anything protruding when I feel inside the car, down into the rear, side cargo cubbyholes (or whatever they're called).

If they are right in front of the rear tire, I believe they’re just studs to hold the felt inner fender liner in place. I noted these missing back on my 2019 M3 back when I purchased it and I bought little snaps for them.

They're behind the rear tires, toward the rear bumpers. (23MYP)

I guess the screws/washers/fasteners fell off mine.

Looks like they're "Wheel Arch Liner Push Nut Clips" (part no. 111071399C).
