Brake Lights on Screen too dull…fix?

This isn't the first time this has been brought up. Why are you looking at the screen when you're hitting the brakes? Shouldn't you be watching the road? And why does anyone care what's happening in that little animation? I'd rather that half of the screen was used for stats, aircon control, and media control.

The screen shows when brake lights come on but it is so faint/small one must squint to see it. Any way to adjust this?

If you have a Tow Hitch installed, you could connect a Trailer Light Wiring Socket Tester with an extension and keep it on top of your central console.
So you could check when your stop lights get activated, something I found to be very useful when other cars follow you in heavy traffic situation.
