Lots of people will see this laugh and judge me. But I took the risk and I will get it done. Learning little by little so I can help other people with their EV.
How much did you pay, if you don't mind. or round down/up if you don't wanna be specific.
From pictures alone, that's a VERY conservative 55k worth of damage using "professional" estimation software. Not counting what I cant see. Literally every body panel has damage but the trunk and roof

Perfect, I hesitated to say "you shouldn't have paid more than 25" but I thought that was mean. For the damage and the residual, that sounds about right, the "paid a little more" part is probably due to other folks with big dreams too

Inner tie rod was bent. Found out my 2017 got a small type. Maybe it’s because is RWD and AWD have different type. Also did some researched and found that Mercedes S550 use the same parts with same threads size.

The big problem with side impacts is deflection of the B-pillar. You'll be lucky if that hasn't happened. If it has it is very difficult to straighten it correctly. This matters for sealing of the doors.
For this reason I've had the B-pillars from my parts car, for sale for two years. No takers. Oh well, in the metal recycling bin I guess.
