First of all, I'll introduce myself. I'm Alejandro Ruiz from Spain but currently working as engineer in UK. Since Tesla was created I have been a huge fan of the company and their cars.
Lately, I'm having the thoughts of buying a Tesla model 3 maybe in a year or so (I will live in Spain by this time). The thing is that I've been checking the price of the model 3 in the different countries within the EU and see if I would be able to take advantage of the currency change or the price difference to buy a cheaper Tesla.
So, my questions is: Is it worth to buy a model 3 in one of these countries and then register the car in your residence country even though you have to travel to this country and come back by road to your country?
Do you know if anyone in the forum has done this?
