Buying used with panel alignment and yellow band

I found a decent deal on a MX, but it looks like door handles aren't perfect and dreaded yellow band around touchscreen. Otherwise it seems fine. I'm a current Tesla owner, but do you guys think the SC would deny doing the panel alignment or screen replacement since it was there when I bought it used? It is a late 2016 model...

Let me know your thoughts.

The screen is a known issue, so Tesla will replace for sure later this year, once a permanent fix has been released. At the moment they are just telling folks to wait.

About the doors... if the car is still under warranty and the alignment is confirmed out of spec, they will fix. Otherwise, you might have to learn to like it
