Was on hold for 2 hours yesterday to Tesla to see if any one at Tesla can tell me if my request for the app usage is being processed. 1 month into owning a Tesla and am incredibly disillusioned with the customer service. So much so OH was going to buy a new model s and is now rethinking

I have been emailing etc for ages. No response at All

Tesla if you want to remain in forefront of EV Innovation you shouldn’t forgot your customers once they purchase whether it’s new or pre-owned. A business is built on its product and customer service. One can not survive without the other. They co exist.

Very sad my first Tesla owning experience has been flawed by something relatively unnecessary such as this. When people ask me about the car I can’t in all honesty tell them the experience has been great. Words spreads !
