Can’t login, can’t reset password

Can’t login to either website or app. Reset password fails. Anyone else?

This appears to be widespread across the enterprise. My iPhone app just asked me to log in again, password didn't work, and when I submitted a 'forgot password' request, I got a link to reset it, but every time I put in a new password, I kept getting "There seems to have been an error saving your password. Please try again." message. What the heck's going on here?!

Rumor has it on the darkweb that Fancy Bear hacked it and reset all customer data.
Not sure if true, is only rumor on the darkweb.

Yup, it now appears to be remedied - just signed in successfully. Weird!
