Can not remove the seat back cover panel

Hello
Anyone know how to remove the Ms seat back cover panel ? Looks like no way separating the headrest first and go further the next clip then remove the back cover.

Looks like that part is not generally removed. Here is how to get to it. Thanks to Fix Your Tesla.

Caution: Ensure that the first responder loop has been disconnected for at least 2 minutes before disconnecting the seat power.

Thanks ,my driver seat lumbar support not working, I can hear the motor working but not feel the air pumping,seat can move forward & back,

Removal​

Note: The lumbar support assembly is not serviceable separately.
Remove seat back rest assembly (refer to procedure)

Installation​

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
