Simple request....a flat tire in my driveway. They don’t even have the curtesy to reply after two days... I even wrote a polite message explaining that I really needed my car on the road. I understand they might be busy in the driving season...but it leaves me making excuses that they can’t be bothered to make for themselves.

How would you have fixed a flat in the same situation on any other car?I have...but getting a mobile service here isn’t easy...and even getting the correct tire can take days. It’s not America
And trust me, there are places that are a lot more rural than France is. We have two states that are each larger than the entire country of France.
If I contacted a tow company, I would hope and expect them to reply within three working days to at least say they won’t come...I contacted the SC about fixing a flat...if they say they cannot do it or they are too busy then fine...but to never even reply isn’t good
