Cannot maintain 12v battery power

Hello,

I got the attached two error messages on Monday. The car was trucked to the service center for repairing. It’s still there. I do not know what’s causing this error. Anyone knows more about this ?

What firmware did you have? If I remember correctly, there was one version that was draining 12V batteries.

I have the most recent one as of last Monday

On other EVs, PHEVs and hybrids, in the absence of a bad connection, it'd usually be due to a failed DC to DC converter.
