Can't access interior camera view on Model 3

I just signed up for a month of Premium Connectivity to try it out. I like that the Sentry Live Camera View allows you to see out the 4 exterior cameras (front, back, left and right). I bought my Model 3 in April of 2019. The SW version is currently 2023.44.30.8. A friend of mine has a Model 3 and showed me that they can also see their interior cabin camera when using Sentry Model Live Camera view. I don't have that option. Anyone else have the same issue or an explanation?

You probably don't have the interior camera installed from factory ? Did you check if you had one on top of your rear view mirror ?

I've forgotten, but I didn't have it initially. I think you need to check your phone app is up to date, since 44.30.8 is recent enough. Make sure all your car settings are correct, Sentry is on, etc.

I think all Model 3’s have the cabin camera.

Did you opt-in on the privacy settings to allow the interior camera to be used? I think its on the software menu.
