Can't turn headlights off

Hello,. I have a 2008 roadster with the battery upgrade.

I can't get my headlights to turn off. I think I've tried everything. I've gone through the manuals.

Headlight switch is in the off position, when i turn it to on i get a warning that my headlights are on. I turn it to off, the warning guess away but the lights are still on.

Can anyone help me with this?

weird! the same thing happens to me as well. very occasionally. i also have 2008 with a battery upgrade.
