Yesterday I got a notification on my phone about alarm been triggered. I could only run to the car after a couple of hours.
After a quick check it looks like the car parked in front of me hit my license plate with its tow hitch while reversing. I quickly grab my SD to find out there is no video at the time of the event... no folder.. no 1k video. Plenty of videos before and later... just not when the thing happened
Positive thing I can see the plate from the previous video and it wasn’t a big deal (just a little dent in the license plate)... but I’m wondering if this would have been something major.... then what ... ask Tesla for the video? Run to the car within 1 hour to get the footage from ‘RecentClips’?
Anybody with similar experience? Bug? Car was too busy to sound alarm?
