Yea. They got my car moved back to the original RN to have all my docs back in it, but they didn’t remove the other owners info needed to transfer ownership. So I have all her info on DL and registration in my account. I’m asking them to remove on the customers behalf. Because that’s a privacy issue and I know I wouldn’t want my info available to some stranger.
The update issue sounds terrible. Guess I’ll look forward to that experience too....
I shouldn’t have to have this much involvement in reverting an error. But hey, if you want it done right, I guess it takes initiative.
