Tried my best to capture it in the video. Sound happens when I’m done driving and car is powering down. Comes from the air intake in the front, bottom part of the car.

I think it sounds like you need more flubber for chitty chitty bang bang! All kidding aside, a service visit or ranger is in order... (guess) It sounds like your electric cooling fan is broken and freewheeling to a stop.
