Car stuck in "Ready for Pickup" after picking up from SC

Had my car in for a firmware update a couple of weeks ago and now it is stuck in "Ready for pickup" and doesn't go to sleep.

Have pinged the SC a couple of times and it is clear they don't know why and that "something in the system needs to clear out first".

Has anyone seen this problem before?

Yes, it should be just a toggle in their system. Happen twice. Once was under warranty work and went back in and they were on the computer and cleared quickly. Second time I called them and they mention I needed to pay the invoice and once I confirmed, it was cleared. Windshield replacement that time.
