Delivery not ready after tesla texted the car was ready to pickup

Read so many stories about how messy Tesla delivery is, and it happened to me today. I got text message saying car is ready for pickup and I only need to go into the office if I want to drop of trade-in keys. So I go inside to drop off the keys and learn car is NOT ready and they are still waiting for lender payment confirmation!

How are they so unorganized?, Why would they send a message to come pick it up if they didn't finish their process.

Update, it was bank's fault, they did some internal gymnastics with loan payment without communicating clearly, this threw a wrench in Tesla's processing and I kept getting confusing automated messages from different departments at Tesla.

Tesla had to work with bank to fix the issue, they did a good job.
