Car Won't Charge After Updating to 2020.28.2

I updated this afternoon. I have scheduled charging which is supposed to start at midnight. Around 12:30pm I get a notification on my phone that my Tesla has stopped charging. I go outside to check and the green light at the connector is flashing (indicating charging), but the screen says 0mi/hr and 0/24A on the charging screen. I unplug the charger and plug it back in and it goes up to 16/24A for 30 seconds then goes back to 0A, then a few minutes later back to 16A.

I rebooted the Tesla and no change.

I'm using a Tesla Wall Charger.

I have a similar problem but I am getting 16/24 and flashing yellow

Was anyone able to get help with this? My MS will not charge after every software update. It has been towed twice, and service can has been unable to fix.
