Ccs1 retrofit 2018 model 3 update stuck

Did the ccs1 retrofit and went through the service mode to software reset. Software update stuck now for 3 hours. Does anyone have any recommended solutions?

Got it! Had to reset the system using the steering wheel buttons.

I did the DIY version pretty ez found a YouTube video and went from there. Got to order a couple parts off eBay. Cost me under 200.

I would’ve done that too but I can’t even find the parts (ECU) to swap out the old one. Hopefully Tesla will have it. CHAdeMO is such old tech and the adapter is heavier than a Béarnaise Mountain Dog puppy.
