that's the original one. I believe the new one is much bigger as it incorporates the arm rest and goes through to the back seats

This is the "drop in" console, goes over the yacht floor, installation manual is posted https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2016/SB-10081582-5448.pdf
you keep original leather sides in.
Install takes up to an hour, with masking tape and patience. (you can rush it thru in 10 min but is it worth scratching interior in a rush?)
Two small holes needed drilled to secure it in place near power/usb ports. And some squick-prevention material, like foam is recommended.
