Certified body shop repair question

So I took my car today to one of the certified shops listed on the Tesla app and the estimator told me that they have to disconnect the computer and all the battery and what not and do that alone cost about $1500. I have a front fender that someone hit and he gave some insane price of $5k because he wants to paint hood and door too. Does that sound right? First time with any Tesla body work.
