Charge cable unlatched issue

Hey guys. Over the last week I have been having problems with the charge port on my model 3. I'm repeatedly getting an error "charge cable unlatched, fully insert cable into car". Now this happens using any type of charger, and the interior of charge port is clean. No deformities inside the charge port. I tried the disconnect pull tab from the trunk side with no luck. Anyone with a similar experience?

is it really cold out? Its possible the car is keeping it unlatched so it doesn't freeze in there?

It's not very cold Here today. -10 Celsius

I was charging the other day at a public station when it was -25 and it worked perfect. No errors

I only had an issue once where I hadn’t fully inserted/seated the cable correctly into the charge port. Once I reseated it it was fine. May be time to schedule SC/mobile visit.

Is that little trapezoid magnet in the charge door, or did it fall out? I know some people had similar problems with that piece missing.
