Chargers near Military Bases?

Is there away to place a Tesla Supercharger outside the Wilson Rd. Gate near Fort Knox in Kentucky? There is a Walmart and a Murphy Gas Station near by on Wilson Rd.

My concern is that my Model 60 will barely make a 1 way trip from Lexington Kentucky 110 miles and then drive me to the nearest Supercharger in Elizabethtown KY.

We have a great deal of Soldiers that own Teslas on Post that need a way to Supercharge them close by. Thank you for your time.

Could the Government work with Tesla to install a Supercharger on post? Maybe at the PX.

Bases I have visited had gas stations, why not chargers?
