I'm beyond the 4 year mark with my Model S. Tesla had said that the first 4 years of 3G (now LTE) coverage would be included, but never set up a clear system for charging users beyond that. I'm beginning to wonder if that might not be the next thing we see show up on our Tesla Owners page is charges for our data services and maybe even Slacker?
