Has anybody else seen this behavior with their Powerwall system? My Powerwalls charge to 100% as shown in the app, then some time passes and it charges some more. This day is just one example but it has happened on quite a few days this Summer. I've never seen it before June this year. My system was installed in March 2018.

yes I've seen this behavior. I've also seen where the second charging occurs during park peak. I've assumed this was a side effect of getting a better SOC estimate but I have no evidence to support that.
If I had to speculate, I might guess that the battery is top balancing and after bleeding off the high cells, it charges the whole pack some more.
