VRP is not a cleaner and is very greasy. I use it for tire shine…
Use a leather cleaner and conditioner. Yes they’re vinyl but leather cleaners will still work (most automotive leather interiors are part vinyl anyways).
Agreed, don't use VRP on seats. Generally a damp cloth is good enough to get them clean. I use 409 for stains and 303 Aerospace to protect. Give the 303 a quick buff with dry towel after application.
I also like Chemical Guy's Inner Clean. It cleans well, has a very pleasant pineapple / pina colada-ish scent, and leaves a little bit of UV protection behind. For really stubborn stains, I use Optimum Power Clean diluted 5 to 1.
BTW, Chemical Guys VRP is a great water-based tire dressing that I have personally used and recommend. So go ahead and use it on your tires, just not on your seats
