Child Car seats for model S 2019

I am looking for a child car seat for a 2 year old in the UK to last for a good few years but it appears you need one which has two straps going around the headrest as traditional ones with one strap don’t work due to the fact the headrests don’t lift. There are isofix fittings. Can anyone recommend a good child car seat?

I am in the USA but the only option here that meets those specs, and what I use in my MS, is a Britax seat. As far as I can tell they hold a patent on the v shaped top tether that goes around the headrest. Every other brand just has a single strap that goes across the top and those won't work well with the rear fixed headrests on an MS.
