Forgot to mention the concept of SuperChargers and non-rip off / loaner servicing which would be huge in the UK, otherwise a great review. Evans is actually quite influential in the UK.

Radio volume? OMG I hate that sort of misinformation. A couple of watts isn't going to matter when you're using 20 kW to move the car!!!
