Circulation flap not staying open?

My car is fogging up pretty bad even with recirculation off. Notice I wasn't getting much airflow from the vent either so I took the cover off the hood and notice the intake air flap is always in a closed position with the recirculation off. I tried pushing it open but it will just drop back down.

Anyone know how to fix this?

My workaround so far is using tape to hold it up.

Sounds like the servo that controls that flap has died. I suspect that's deep inside the dash and is a bit of a pain to get to. If under warranty, Tesla should fix it.
