Clean and lube window weatherstrip

I've been chasing windows squeaking against weatherstrip when it rains (rare in Phoenix!) I've cleaned them and lubed with pure silicone spray; no joy. Has anyone been more successful?

This ^^. This has already been discussed in another thread.

Not sure how well it will work with that existing silicone. I avoid silicone in most applications.
