Clicking noises coming from the passenger side of the Model S.

I hear continuous clicking coming from the passenger side of my Model S that is synchronized to the speed of the car. The clicks are slow when I drive slow and fast when I drive fast. Any ideas of what it is and a possible fix?

I would first check for an object (ie: pebble, screw, etc...) stuck in a tire tread.

I found a tack in the rear wheel on the passenger side.
