Climate control issue

I recently had Tesla change the cabin filter due to the AC smell. Since I've gotten it back, when I have it on Auto, it only blows towards the top setting - so, not towards me using the air vents and not the bottom setting. It blows cold, but when I manually change it to blow towards me using the air vents, it's not cold air. It never did this; it always blew towards me using Auto and it was cold. Potential issue, or does it even out somehow? Does it have a maintenance mode after a cabin filter change or something? Temps have been the same around here before and after the cabin filter change.

Thats odd but seems possible if moving the air flow manually somehow closes some vents. Following...

Update - i took it back to the SC and they took it in, examined the temperature sensor (it was fine) and ran a firmware update which fixed the issue. No clue why it happened or how a firmware update fixed the issue, still on same versioning.
